Do you assess AI and machine-learning claims specifically?
Yes. AI targets are where diligence findings most often move a valuation. We verify what a system genuinely does, how defensible it is, its data and dependency risks, and whether the roadmap is credible — separating real capability from narrative.
Why use an independent firm rather than an in-house review?
